PURPOSE: A signal collision avoiding method and a device therefor are provided to avoid signal collision by preventing signal interference between the RRH(Radio Remote Heads). CONSTITUTION: A muting indication information generating unit(2210) generates muting indication information by considering a CRS(Cell-specific Reference Signal) pattern of an RRH. A transceiver(2230) transmits a signal to a user terminal and receives the signal from the user terminal. The transceiver transmits the muting indication information to the user terminal. A control unit(2220) controls the transceiver to transmit the signal to the user terminal by muting a resource area.
