PURPOSE: A packet data network gateway device for a data limit service, a data limit service method, and a system in a mobile communication system are provided to prevent a data call in a packet data network gateway when the limit of a data limit service user is finished in a long term evolution/evolved packet core network. CONSTITUTION: When user equipment(UE) of a data limit service user reaches or exceeds a limit of the amount of data use, a receiving unit(302) receives changed rate system information of the UE from a home location register/home subscriber service. When the UE accesses to a call or a new call based on the changed rate system information, a service processing unit(300) performs call connection control based on a predetermined data service limit expiration rule. A transmitting unit(308) transmits a generated call deletion request message to a mobility management entity.
