<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high stability amplifier that keeps an input return loss from worsening at a specific frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In an amplification circuit section 102 using cascode-connected first and second field effect transistors 8, 9, a matching capacitor 25 and a second bonding wire 27 are connected in series between an input line between the gate of the first field effect transistor 8 and a high frequency signal input terminal 1, and a ground, and a junction of the matching capacitor 25 and the second bonding wire 27 is connected to a junction of a spiral source inductor 10 and a third bonding wire 28 connected in series via a stability improving resistor 34, so that an input return loss can be kept from worsening at a specific frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
