<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a database management technique of a multiple master node type which can efficiently utilize resources. <P>SOLUTION: A management method performs the steps of: transmitting a write set comprising a shadow copy of a database, a heap tuple map on memory and a transaction minimal value of a snapshot which a transaction being executed refers to, to a higher master node in a session of a lower master node; verifying whether or not a database of a tuple which is registered as a target is updated when the transaction minimal value is equal to or more than a cluster minimal value, aborting the write set if the database is updated or updating the own database using the shadow copy if the database is not updated; aborting the write set if the transaction minimal value is smaller than the cluster minimal value; and discarding a transaction with the minimal value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
