A member (100) comprising a flow path is provided with: a base material (101) formed of a metal or alloy; a planar member (102) forming a flow path (106), the planar member having two plate sections (11) which are in a plate shape formed of a metal or alloy, are positioned at two ends in the width direction, and have principal surfaces that pass through the same plane, and also having a convexity (12) that is provided between the two plate sections (11) and has a cross-section in the plate thickness direction that is projected into the plate sections (11); and a metal deposition layer (105) that is, in a state where the principal surfaces of the plate sections (11) on the opposite side from the vertex of the convexity (12) are arranged so as to face the base material (101), formed by accelerating, together with a gas, a powder made of a metal or alloy and depositing the powder by spraying it onto the surface of the base material (101) and the surface of the planar member (102) on the vertex side of the convexity (12) thereof while the powder is still in a solid state.
