<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and remove volatile organic compounds and paint mists which are generated when a solvent-based paint being an organic paint is used. <P>SOLUTION: The cavitation bubble cleaning device is constituted in such a manner that a minute waterdrop group containing submicron bubbles is scattered in an air current containing volatile organic compounds or the like, the volatile organic compounds are adsorbed on the waterdrop group while whirling the air current, and a hydroxyl group radical or the like is formed by the released bubble energy released when bubbles disappear, consequently the volatile organic compounds are decomposed. A jet stream from a cavitation bubble nozzle for producing micro bubbles is made to collide with a barrier and scattered to the minute waterdrop groups, thereby the micro bubble in the jet stream is split into submicron bubbles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
