PURPOSE: A rotatable sliding door device for a vehicle is provided to be slid for opening and closing a door in case of a door is not able to be opened through rotation by a hinged door due to narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable sliding door device for a vehicle comprises a fixing unit(100), a sliding unit(200), a rotating unit(300), and a lifting unit(400). The fixing unit comprises slide rails installed in the inner both sides of a door panel. The sliding unit is installed to be slid along the slide rails. The rotating unit is installed in a door panel and coupled with a vehicle body by a hinge. One portion of the lifting unit is coupled with the rotating unit by a hinge and the other portion is coupled with the sliding unit by a hinge. The lifting unit separates a door panel from a vehicle body. |
