<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance centering performance in a crosswise direction of a filmy object. <P>SOLUTION: Air-supported conveying equipment 10 includes a conveying face 15 having a plurality of side apertures 22 for spouting air, and a filmy object F1 having a given width is floated from the conveying face 15 by the air spouting from the plurality of side apertures 22 while conveying it. The conveying face 15 has: a central area P extending to a conveying direction corresponding to the center in the crosswise direction of the filmy object F1; and a pair of side areas Q and R which are positioned on both sides of the central area P in the crosswise direction, and extend to the conveying direction. The plurality of side apertures 22 are formed in the pair of side areas Q and R, respectively. Holes 23 which spout air to an out-of-plane direction, and position the filmy object F1 to the crosswise direction are provided in the pair of side areas Q and R, respectively, so that the holes 23 are lined up to the conveying direction, and a distance with those of other of the side areas Q and R is substantially equal to a width of the filmy object F1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
