<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity to position a camera and a laser relative to each other with high accuracy, and to enable changing a measurement range to one of ranges of plural kinds by a single measurement program. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measurement apparatus of the invention comprises: a laser light streak irradiation unit 12; a printed display board 16 for generating a coordinate conversion table which indicates a reference pattern group of known shape on a display surface; a camera 11 for capturing images of a light-sectioning plane of an irradiated part and the display board 16 which is placed on a laser irradiation plane; and reference coordinate extraction measure 131 for extracting coordinate data in the camera which has captured the image of the reference pattern group of the display board 16, thereby a coordinate conversion table 133 is generated which indicates correspondence between coordinate data on the reference pattern group and the coordinate data in the camera extracted by the reference coordinate extraction means 131. On measuring a shape, the display board 16 is replaced by an object to be measured, then a laser light streak is irradiated onto the object, and from the captured image of the light-sectioning plane of the irradiated part, a dot group on the light-sectioning plane is extracted by dot group extraction means 134. The extracted coordinates of the dot group are approximated to values in the coordinate conversion table by approximation processing means 135. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
