摘要 PURPOSE: A beverage composition is provided to have an excellent preference and effective prevention of glucose-related diseases by using mulberry leave extract or fermented product. CONSTITUTION: A beverage composition contains mulberry leaves extract 5-15wt% and unpolished rice extract 0.5-3wt%. The solid component density of the beverage composition is 0.1-1.0 brix. The beverage composition contains mulberry leaves fermented product 20-30wt%, crystalline fructose 0.1-0.5wt% and apple concentrate 0.05-0.5wt%. The mulberry leaves fermented product is manufactured by fermenting a mixture of mulberry leaves, unpolished rice extract and salt with Bacillus coagulans.
