<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and lightweight one-touch type paper holder which can stably hold paper through one touch operation, can be manufactured in a simple method, and has excellent design. <P>SOLUTION: In the one-touch type paper holder, a holding sheet 1 which is a film-shaped bent material having excellent shape retainability and elasticity is directly fixed to a target 4 from the outside or inside of the holding sheet 1 by use of an appropriate fixation member.
