<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it requires time and labor to confirm various regulations for export in export management because lots of regulation should be checked and needed to be checked manually while it is hard to confirm the latest regulations. <P>SOLUTION: An export management system with a check function to be executed when exporting at least one of a product or a component includes means for confirming whether the product or the component is a target of prescribed special regulations concerning export, means for recording that the product or the component is a target when it is a target of the special regulations on the basis of the confirmation result, and export management check function execution means for carrying out checking based on the latest law at the time of shipment on the basis of the recorded result.
