A desk capable of easy height control is provided, which reduces manufacturing cost by a simple structure and facilitates use convenience. A desk capable of easy height control comprises: a leg(10) which is comprised of a support which is vertically installed at the both sides; a desk body(20) in which the interval adjuster is equipped in order to ascend and descend according to the inner circumference of the support stand; a lever(40) in which the height adjustment matter(30) is installed at the upper part of the interval adjuster; a lock inducing unit(50) which is combined with the bottom of the interval adjuster and in which a lock inducing piece is formed; a position fixing part(60) controlling ascending and descending of the interval adjuster; and a spring(70) which is elastically supported between the support stand and the lock inducing unit.
