Provided is a cosmetic composition with improved migration of make-up cosmetic which removes potential main causes of the make-up migration by improving the absorption of the cosmetics into skin using a combination of silicone emollient and a non-ionic surfactant and absorbing excessive oily ingredients remaining in the skin using oil-soluble powder, and is able to remove non-uniformly distributed sebum by containing an adequate amount of ethyl alcohol. The cosmetic composition for improving migration of make-up cosmetic comprises 2.0-8.0 wt.% of silicone emollient such as dimethicone and cyclomethicone, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of oil soluble powder such as polymethylsilsesquioxane and talc, 0.5-10.0 wt.% of a non-ionic surfactant such as sorbitan sesquioleate, polysorbate, hydrogenated lecithin, dimethicone polyol and PEG-100 stearate, and 2.0-10.0 wt.% of ethyl alcohol. |
