PURPOSE: A synchronizing method of motion data and an apparatus thereof are provided to receive first operation data and second operation data, extract a feature factor for measuring similarity, and synchronize operation data. CONSTITUTION: A synchronization apparatus receives first operation data and second operation data. The synchronization apparatus extracts a feature value for similarity measurement from the first operation data and the second operation data. The synchronization apparatus normalizes a feature value of first operation data and a feature value of second operation data. The synchronization apparatus synchronizes the first operation data and the second operation data by using normalized feature value.
