<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a laminated stator iron core, capable of surely punching down without generating a fracture in a scrap and preventing damage of a die due to slug float and deterioration of product quality caused by dents. <P>SOLUTION: In a station S2 for punching a slot down, a hole 20 for punching a slot down is punched by a punch and a die for punching a slot down and punching a hole after leaving a shaving punching margin 22 with a whole closed loop shape in an area for forming a slot part 19 outside a rotor piece 21a punched in a station S1 for punching a rotor shape. In the hole 20 for punching a slot down, a wide projection 23 is formed so as to project toward the inside of the slot part 19 in the shaving punching margin 22 with a whole closed loop shape, namely, a part of portion formed as a scrap by a shaving punch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
