PURPOSE: A dual insulating composite curtain wall frame is provided to prevent damage to an insulating material caused by the difference in the coefficients of thermal expansion of a metal frame and a synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION: A dual insulating composite curtain wall frame comprises an indoor frame(20), a cutoff insulating material(30), and an outdoor frame(40). The indoor frame comprises a pair of fitting ends(22) and an insulating material(24). The fitting ends are formed on an outdoor side(21) to face each other. The insulating material is attached to an indoor side(23). The cutoff insulating material connects the indoor and outdoor frames to each other and comprises first fitting ends(31) and latching ends(32). The first fitting ends are inserted into the fitting ends of the indoor frame. The latching ends are supported to the ends of the first fitting ends. The outdoor frame comprises coupling grooves(41) and support ends(42). The coupling grooves are coupled to second fitting ends(33) formed in the opposite side of the first fitting ends. The support ends are extended from both sides of the coupling grooves and support a glass.
