PURPOSE: A display panel and a flat panel display including a test pad part are provided to disable first pads by using second pads and a sub pad after finishing an inspection and to disable the first pads regardless of the align between the test pad part and a flexible printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(110) indicates an image. A test pad unit(220) includes first pads, second pads and a sub pad. The first pads deliver test signals supplied from the outside to the display unit in the inspection of the display unit. The second pads and the sub pad disable the first pads after the display unit is inspected. |
