The present invention relates to a device for gripping that is applied to a vacuum transfer system. The device of the present invention comprises a supply passage connected from the lower end of a side surface of a main body having a central discharging passage toward a suction hole of the lower end of said discharging passage. In particular, an air guide for moving compressed air only upward from the discharging passage by providing a rounded end (R) of said supply passage is provided in the lower portion of the main body.
