PURPOSE: A bidirectional consultation system using a smart phone and a method thereof are provided to supply bidirectional consultation through screen sharing between a client and a consultant, thereby immediately supplying a customized service suitable for the client. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(100) performs data consultation and voice call consultation through a communication network. A bidirectional consultation supporting server(300) responds to a data consultation request of the client terminal. The bidirectional consultation supporting server connects the client terminal and a consultant terminal(600) each other. The bidirectional consultation supporting server relays transmission and reception of consultation data between the client terminal and the consultant terminal.
