PURPOSE: A smart phone fixing band is provided to enable a user to wear a smart phone on the arm of the user by connecting the smart phone to a band. CONSTITUTION: A rotary rod(120) includes a combination protrusion and an inserting unit. A base unit(130) is combined on an upper end of an elastic band. The rotary rod is inserted into the base unit in order to rotate the base unit. A case(140) is formed on the rotary rod. Both sides of the case are formed on a protrusion unit such that a headphones cord can be wrapped around the same. The smart phone is inserted into the case.
