PURPOSE: A touch screen sensor substrate, a touch screen sensor and a panel including the same are provided to reduce visibility of a sensing part by showing electrodes having minute spacing in between as a single electrode. CONSTITUTION: Each sensing part(110) is formed with electrodes connected to a pattern in the specific direction on one side of a base. A sensor connecting part(120) is formed with electrodes connected to a pattern in the same direction or similar direction, and connects the sensing part. Dummy parts(110') are adjacent to the sensing part and formed with electrodes connected to a pattern in the same direction or similar direction, thereby reducing visibility of the sensing part.
