<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively install a photovoltaic power generation panel between rails of a railroad track which can secure area of a large installation place at one place, is quite deserted, and relatively facilitates power transmission and incidental equipment construction etc., when taking into consideration more spreading of photovoltaic power generation panels for warming countermeasures and more spreading of roof installation of a building such as a general house. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an installation place, an installation tool, and an installation method for a photovoltaic power generation panel by installation between rails of a railroad track such that photovoltaic power generation is carried out by fixing the photovoltaic power generation panels to the installation tool provided with a drain port so that rainwater does not stay between the rails of the railroad track, and installing them between the rails. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
