摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of performing display switching of a device state without requiring a power supply, and of being installed to an existing device at low cost with a simple configuration.

SOLUTION: A display device 10 performs display switching of an on/off state indicated by an instruction projection 101a by operating and rotating a change-over switch of a control device 100. The display device 10 has: an outer cylindrical member 11 rotating with the change-over switch in a unified manner; an outer polarizing film 15 pasted on an outer peripheral part of this outer cylindrical member; an inner cylindrical member 21 continuously maintaining a constant attitude by a weight part 22; and an inner polarizing film 25 pasted on an outer peripheral part of this inner cylindrical member. The polarizing films 15 and 25 perform translucent display permission or shielding display inhibition of red color of a bottom part inner surface 11b in the outer cylindrical member in a large area depending on a relative rotation angle between the cylindrical members to enable switching display of the change-over switch by presence/absence of the red color display.
