IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of changing a mechanism configuration and an electric circuit configuration in accordance with setting of an applicable paper size.

SOLUTION: The image forming device used for forming images on paper includes: an imaging mechanism which forms images corresponding to image data by main scanning and auxiliary scanning and enables image formation on paper of a first size and on paper of a second size of which dimension in the main scanning direction is the same as that of the paper of the first size and dimension in the auxiliary scanning direction is longer than that of the paper of the first size; a first electric circuit which produces image data for image formation on the paper of the first size; a first paper feeding mechanism arranged within a housing storing the imaging mechanism and supplying the paper of the first size to the imaging mechanism; a paper feeding mechanism mounting part installed in the housing to mount a second paper feeding mechanism supplying the paper of the second size to the imaging mechanism; and a circuit mounting part for mounting a second electric circuit which produces image data for image formation on the paper of the second size.
