PURPOSE: An industrial disaster monitoring system and method using multiple frequency is provided to offer a monitoring image capable of monitoring possibility of disaster by stage, by improving a method that judges a disaster by a critical value easily causes an illogical judgment. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) is located in a building vessel. The terminal senses one or more environmental information. The terminal periodically wirelessly transmits the sensed environmental information. A communication device(200) collects the sensed environment information. The communication device transfers the collected environmental information to a parent node. An integrated surveillance server(300) collects the environmental information. The integrated surveillance server judges the stage of disaster. The integrated surveillance server provides a judged result to a visualized monitoring screen.
