<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency in assembling a compressor with a guide vane. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor includes a housing 2 which has a suction port 5 that communicates with an outer circumferential part of a compressor impeller 3. The housing 2 includes a cylindrical step part 8 radially enlarged from the suction port 5 and extending in a direction away from the compressor impeller 3. A guide vane unit 9 having an extended part 5a of the suction port 5 on an inner face is fitted into the step part 8. The guide vane unit 9 includes a bearing ring 11 and a pressing ring 12, which are separated in an axial direction at opposing faces 10a, 10b. On the opposing faces between the bearing ring and the pressing ring, annular grooves 13, 14 are formed, and a bearing recess 21 is also formed for receiving shafts 20, 20' of a plurality of guide vanes 19. In the annular groove 13, a ring gear 25 meshing with a pinion 18 provided on the shaft of the guide vanes is disposed. The housing is provided with a stop ring 35 for fixing the guide vane unit inserted into the step part of the housing, and is provided with a shaft hole 41 for externally inserting and connecting a turning shaft to one of the shafts of the guide vanes of the guide vane unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
