The tray mounting plate (22 A) defines a first through-hole (60 A) that extends through the tray mounting plate (22 A). The fiber management system (20) further includes a first fiber guide tube (62) that extends through the first through-hole (60A) from the back side (46) of the tray mounting plate (22A) to the front side (44) of the tray mounting plate (22 A). The first fiber guide tube (62) further extends from the first through-hole (60A) into the first fiber management tray (26A) through a first fiber entrance/exit location (57) of the first fiber management tray (26 A).</p>
