<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology relating to an on vehicle communication device charger and a vehicle equipped with the charger and enabling communication to be conducted in a portable communication device even when the portable communication device is charged. <P>SOLUTION: This invention includes: a container 22 opening at an upper surface; a charge coil 14 disposed on an inner bottom surface of the container 22; and a lid 17 covering the opening on the upper surface of the container 22 so as to open and close. A container shield body 23 is placed on a bottom surface and an outer peripheral surface of the container 22, and a lid shield body 24 is placed on the lid 17.
