PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shrinkage of a clad tube due to hot water flowing into a fluid tube and the exposure of the fluid tube in a portion connected to a pipe joint, and to prevent the flow of leaking water into a gap between the fluid tube and the clad tube when water leaks from the pipe joint. SOLUTION: This clad tube holder is formed into a halved cylindrical body which has one end provided with a sheathing tube connection part 3 to which the end of a sheathing tube 55 is connected, and the other end provided with a drawing part 5 from which the clad fluid tube 51 is drawn to the outside while passing therethrough. The drawing part 5 has a holding portion 8 for holding the clad tube 53 in the cylindrical body while clamping the whole outer periphery thereof, and an enveloping portion 6 for enveloping wrinkles produced on the outer face of the clad tube 53 along with the holding operation of the holding portion 8.
