<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus mounting frame that can be simply positioned on a rear side of a wall material, and can restrain movement of the wall material on a rear side. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus mounting frame 11 is arranged on a rear side of a wall material W via wall holes Wa formed on the wall material W into a square shape, and a wiring apparatus is provided on the wall material W, and provided on the rear side of the wall material W. The apparatus mounting frame 11 has a contact face 12a contacting a peripheral edge of the wall hole Wa on the rear face of the wall material W on a front face of a frame body 12, and has a first restraining protrusion 18a and a second restraining protrusion 18b standing from the front face of the frame body 12, contacting four inner faces W1-W4 of the wall hole Wa and restraining movement of the frame body 12.
