<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a circuit board which can absorb displacement between circuit boards connected, respectively, to the surfaces facing each other by means of inter-board connectors, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure of a circuit board has a first support member 102, a first circuit board 104, a second circuit board 107, first and second inter-board connectors 135, 128, an interface connector 138 fixed to the surface of the second circuit board, a second support member 103, and a fixed member 152 being fixed to the interface connector and the second support member. The fixed member 152 includes a first fixed part 152g being fixed to the interface connector and a second fixed part 152h being fixed to the second support member.
