<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which is capable of finely adjusting a dimming ratio by a simple system. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power supply 30, a switching element 2, a diode 6, a coil 4, an organic EL element 10, a resistor 14, and a control circuit 20.
