The subject of the invention is design, construction and execution of a key part of a technological process for the manufacturing of a laminated rotor pack of an electric drive in a progressive die cutter i. e. a rotary station, which allows manufacturing of two different types of grooves: a first type of grooves is aligned with a longitudinal axis of the pack according to Figure 1, reference A, whereas a second type is manufactured with a relative rotation or mutual shift around the longitudinal axis of the pack according to Figure 1, reference B - of individual lamellas, of which the pack is composed. The rotary station (1) has its own drive for rotation and the rotary part is adapted to the bottom part of the progressive die cutter by means of a radial- axial bearing (5) and precise guiding of all components of the bottom part (7) of the rotary station (1) towards all elements of the upper part (8) of the rotary station (1) is carried out by means of two guiding posts with roller elements (9), which are fastened into the guide plate of the rotary part (10) of the station (1), wherein both ends of posts are connected with the roller elements via cages, one end with the bottom part (7) and another with the upper part (8) of the tool. |
