摘要	<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OSI(open systems interconnection) tunnel routing method and its device capable of eliminating erroneous setting of manual setting and management complicatedness and also improving traffic efficiency. SOLUTION: Respective transmitting devices 11 and 12 connected to an IP network constituting an OSI network prepare routing information of a reachable IP network and an OSI tunnel table obtained by collecting addresses of the OSI network, the transmitting device 11 receiving an access request refers to the OSI tunnel table and decides the transmitting device 12 reachable to an IP address of the access request, and erroneous setting by manual setting and management complicatedness can be eliminated by preparing an OSI tunnel between the transmitting device 11 receiving the access request and the reachable transmitting device 12.</p>
