The method involves attaching a compressor to a connection of a generator power plant (43) for realization of a determined gas quantity (44) over a pressure valve (4) in a gas chamber (16) of a pressure vessel (1) through compression of a mass under supply of technical task. Gas quantity is utilized as a cooling unit, which reverse-cools the heat produced in the generator at a cylinder cooling surface to the gas quantity by running water. Water between the cool water input and output is utilized as another cooling unit for the heat transferred by cool water pump connections (55). An independent claim is also included for a power plant for executing a method for utilization of energy.
