In a radiographic imaging device (7), a low-energy-absorbing member (20), a sensor panel (25), and a scintillator (26) are disposed in the listed order on the inner side of a top plate (13) irradiated with X-rays. The sensor panel (25) is configured from a plurality of CMOS sensors (33) in which signal output circuits (41) are formed on substrates composed of monocrystalline Si. From X-rays that have permeated the insulating layer (13), the low-energy-absorbing member (20) absorbs a low-energy component that causes deterioration of the characteristics of the signal output circuits (41). The low-energy-absorbing member (20) has a concave part (20a) in the center thereof. A cushioning member (20b) is mounted in the concave part (20a).
