摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger including a heat exchange fin capable of preventing frost formation as much as possible during heating operation, and causing the droplet of condensed water to contact to a hydrophilic coat for quick exclusion of the droplet under the condition where a fin surface is easy to cause dew condensation, thereby continuing a proper heat exchanging function with no increase in ventilation resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes a heat exchange fin made from an aluminum plate material that contains a bridge water-repellent coat having a frost formation suppressing effect and a hydrophilic coat. The area of the bridge water-repellent coat occupies 20-80% of the square area of 10 mm&times;10 mm at an arbitrary position on the surface of the heat exchange fin. The bridge water-repellent coat contains resin (A) containing fluorine atom containing radical, denatured epoxy resin (B) which contains quaternary ammonium base, and amino resin (C). The solid content of the water-repellent coat contains resin (A) relative to a solid content total 100 pts.mass containing the denatured epoxy resin (B) and amino resin (C) is 1-30 pts.mass, in water-repellent paint composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
