The at least one MEMS switching device (235) is coupled between the at least one line socket (226) and the at least one load socket (228) and is configured to selectably couple the first power system to the second power system. The at least one MEMS switching device (235) includes a line transient voltage suppressor (230) that is coupled across the at least one MEMS switching device (235).
