PURPOSE: A value transference method of electronic money using NFC(Near Field Communication) and portable terminal using the same are provided to transfer the electronic money value included in an electronic money medium by converting an NFC channel into a proximity security channel using a security key. CONSTITUTION: A value transference information transmission unit(265) transmits the encoded value transference information to a reception terminal through a proximity security channel. A value transference result reception unit(270) receives the encoded value transference using a disposable security key from the reception terminal through the proximity security channel. A value transference transaction authentication unit(275) encodes the value transference result using the disposable security key. The value transference transaction authentication unit authenticates value transference information which is matched with the value transference result. A value transference transaction processing unit(280) balances the charged value by reflecting the authenticated value transference result to an electronic money medium.
