<p>The device has an additional displacement sensor activated separately from a displacement sensor, where the activation of the displacement sensors is carried out by two movable elements with respect to each other. The activation of the displacement sensors is carried by an elastic mechanism or spring mechanism e.g. spring washer (105), where the displacement differences or force difference of the sensors are measured and treated by a data processing unit. An activating device comprises a cylinder whose piston (103) is activated by activating mechanisms (101, 102).
