PURPOSE: A technology for transmitting a coupon and information through a social network and a 2D code and an effect measuring method thereof are provided to store information and benefits provided from a business place by easily scanning the 2D code. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(200) scans a 2D code(300) through an exclusive program. The user terminal is connected to a service DB(database) server system(400) through a communication protocol recorded in the scanned information. The service DB server system is connected to a social network service system(500). The service DB server system delivers a link code including publicity marketing information recorded in the 2D code.
