<p>Use of mononucleated cells activated in the presence of mesenchymal cells for obtaining interleukin (IL)-17 producing cells, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) the IL-17-producing cells, obtained from the cells; and (2) a preparing IL-17-producing cells, comprising collecting mononucleated cells from a biological sample; activating T lymphocytes that are present among mononucleated cells thus obtained, where the activation is carried out in the presence of mesenchymatous cells, and collecting the IL-17-producing cells thus obtained. - ACTIVITY : Antimicrobial; Cytostatic; Immunosuppressive; Antiarthritic; Antirheumatic; Antipsoriatic; Neuroprotective. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : Vaccine.</p> |
