<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve instability of spray operation accompanying downsizing/simplifying a dry mist spray device using a two-fluid nozzle, and to facilitate handling/operating of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The dry mist spray device 1 includes a compressor 2, a liquid container 3, the two-fluid nozzle 4, a nozzle gas tube 6 diverging from the compressor and communicating to the two-fluid nozzle, a gas tube 7 for a container, and a liquid tube 9. Duct resistance of the gas tube is set corresponding to height during use from a liquid surface of the liquid container to the two-fluid nozzle. High-pressure air from an air compressor is used in common for supplying liquid and gas to the nozzle so as to simplify the device, which makes easy the operation of the liquid tube and a detaching part of the liquid container with the liquid tube inserted as well as prevents instability of spraying operation of the nozzle caused by increase of distance between the nozzle and the liquid surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
