The element (1) has a formwork panel (2) connected with a carrier structure i.e. framework structure, that is formed from a longitudinal beam element (6) and a set of cross beam elements (7). Supporting elements (8) are arranged between the panel and the longitudinal element. The cross elements are aligned parallel to a normal vector of the panel and secured at the longitudinal element and a bottom portion of the panel. The supporting elements are secured at an upper area of the panel, the longitudinal element and a region of the cross elements, where the region is spaced from the panel. The longitudinal beam element, the cross beam elements and the supporting elements are designed as channels or hollow sections.
