PURPOSE: An ice making apparatus and a refrigerator having the same are provided to improve spatial efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises an ice making tray(50), an ejector(60), an ice bin(80), an auger(81), a first driver(100), a second driver(120), an emitter(150), and a receiver(151). The ice making tray produces ice. The auger transfers the ice stored in the ice bin. The first driver supplies torque to the ejector. The second driver supplies torque to the auger. The emitter outputs optical signals for detecting full of the ice bin. |
