<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink for LED illumination which can be manufactured by a comparatively simple processing method from an aluminum sheet, and can perform efficiently heat radiation even in a case wherein it is applied and installed in a closed space. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sink for LED illumination is formed of an aluminum sheet 1, and has a step shape in which a horizontal plane part A and a vertical front part B are alternately continued.
