<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet containing no halogen material such as chlorine and fluorine, and having high steam barrier properties, and to provide a press-through-pack (PTP) packaging body. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging sheet includes at least a first resin layer containing a high-density polyethylene resin (A) and a petroleum resin (B). Alternatively, the packaging sheet includes the first resin layer wherein the blending ratio (A/B) of the high-density polyethylene resin (A) to the petroleum resin (B) is 70/30 or more and 90/10 or less by weight.
