The board (10) has a printed circuit board body (11) made of electrical insulating material and extending through a through hole (12). Electrical strip conductors run in a surface of the board body. A U-shaped contact spring (20) is fastened at the board body and/or one of the conductors. The spring is deformable in an axial direction of the through hole such that a distance from a terminal (26) to the board body is changeable. The terminal is provided in electric contact with the conductor and comprises an opening that is aligned with the through hole. The spring is made of elastic material. An independent claim is also included for an electronic device.
