<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut a workpiece to be a product of an electrode sheet, without producing burrs as well as beards on the workpiece side even when the electrode sheet is cut such that a cutter die of a die cutting roll passes through the electrode sheet and cuts the thickness of a resin film on the way. <P>SOLUTION: The cross-section of cutter die 2 of the die cutting roll 1 is made a ridge provided with a pair of surfaces inclined to approach to each other toward the center line C of the cutter die orthogonal to a die axis as the cross-section goes to the outer circumferential side of a die roll body 3. For angles formed by the inclined surfaces and the center line C of the cutter die, the workpiece side angle α of the inclined surface 2A, facing the workpiece W side in a working object S is smaller than the trim side angle β of the inclined surface 2B facing the opposite trim T side; and an angle difference β-α between the trim side angle β and the workpiece side angle α is set within the range of 15 to 35°, while the angle sum α+β of the trim side angle β and the workpiece side angle α, within the range of 30 to 60°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
